Where did the Jewish Israelis go, who evacuated the Gaza Strip settlements recently?  Are they all back in the big cities or are they in other border areas?  The border areas are very important for Israel to safeguard.  Including, the Golan Heights, the Upper Galilee, the areas with predominantly non-Jewish (Christian, Sunni Muslim) Palestinian populations.  The 1947 UN plan made the Upper Galilee part of a Palestinian state.  Israel needs to keep an eye on the Upper Galilee and Golan Heights.
